Telengana state formation announced by Sushil Kumar Shinde today. But Hyderabad will be joint capital for Seemandhra and Telengana up to 10 years. After the cabinet meeting announced by home minister Shinde. Including 10 districts along with state capital Hyderabad is Telengana accepted by CWC. Till now two Seemandhra central ministers resigned after the news.  There will be special package for Rayalaseema backward places.
